Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society will open office in Crimea
MOSCOW, April 07. /ITAR-TASS/. The Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society (IOPS) will open an office in the Republic of Crimea, the Society’s chairman Sergei Stepashin has said.
“The IOPS runs an office in Odessa because historically Russian pilgrims were travelling to the Holy Land by sea. Now we are selecting candidates filling vacancies at our office in Crimea,” he told a news conference on Monday.
“It is necessary to work accurately, to avoid formalistic attitudes and help Crimeans sort things out on their own,” Stepashin said.
